I have worked on nearly a dozen residential building projects over the last twenty years. Many of these construction projects were complex renovations where I was unable to be on site on a regular basis. Our renovation job at the Carlyle in Jupiter, Florida was this type of job. Our architect was out of NYC and highly particular on all details, so I knew this project would be challenging and needed a leader on site. I interviewed four of the top general contractors in the Palm Beach/Jupiter area. As part of the interview process, I presented the general contractors with a few challenges to assess their problem-solving abilities. Jason Willoughby immediately struck me as sharp, industrious and capable.
I hired Willoughby Construction and was delighted with the results. Jason and his team did an excellent job on our project. He kept the condo board and neighbors happy.
